When we started Endurance Warranty we had one goal in mind: protect as many vehicles as possible. We had a plan to provide affordable extended coverage to as many people as possible. We know firsthand just how expensive car repairs have become and wouldn’t want anybody to have to deal with them.
While we know we’re not perfect, we try our very best to be. We’re dedicated to every customer, no matter how big or how small.
What/Who is the Vehicle Protection Agency?
The Vehicle Protection Association (VPA) is a non-profit trade association representing the firms that are active in the automotive service contract industry. The organization is committed to advocating regulatory compliance among member companies, educating consumers on their rights, protecting consumers, and otherwise ensuring the integrity of the automotive service contract industry.
To simplify, the VPA is the regulatory force that ensures that member companies are up-to-code and using the best business practices.
Why is the VPA important?
The VPA is a very important resource for consumers. It not only acts as a resource of information for consumers, but also as a means for them to voice their views and opinions.

Is Endurance Warranty a Member of the VPA?
We’re also extremely proud of our certification with the VPA. In fact, we are not only certified, but we are also a gold member. The gold certification is a title that Endurance Warranty has earned due to its continuous effort to serve our customers the best way possible.
Not every car warranty company is a member of the VPA and even fewer are gold certified. Be sure to make sure that they are both as member companies and their staff are “subjected to on-site interviews, procedural reviews, call monitoring and a process improvement initiative that ensures that the organization’s policies and procedures are fully compliant.”
In accordance with the VPA’s Standards of Conduct, companies selling vehicle services contracts direct to consumers were not permitted to use the term “warranty” in the company name. Due to this, Endurance Warranty created a “doing business as” or DBA in the name of Endurance Vehicle Protection.
At Endurance Warranty we don’t believe in being second-best which is why we do all that we do to prove to you that we are the best. We aren’t saying that our competitors are bad; we just believe them to be not as good as us.
